I had the worst experience at Sears. This was at the store in Town East Mall in Mesquite, Texas. I went to the appliance section to see a manager about a problem with my TV. I spoke to a person, but he was not the manager. He said he would get the manager to call me. A manager never called so I called 2 days later.
