I ordered online a Canon lens and warranty costing almost £950. The website said delivery was immediate but after three weeks, having received neither the lens nor any correspondence from Simply Electronic, I telephoned. I found out eventually that I was speaking to someone in Hong Kong although they are registered in the Isle of Wight. The lady I spoke to could give me no information about my order and was unable to pass me over to a manager.
