Citimortgage has been working on my mortgage modification for at least 8 months. Initially they had me resending the same paper work over and over again for about 3 months. Finally they said they have everything and that it would be an additional 30 days. In March the modification still was not final. In April their was a notification on the website saying it would be complete in 3 business day and now on May 21 they are saying that they need additional documentation.. read full review »
