approx. 6 weeks ago my Maytag Neptune which is just over 4 yrs old started to make a loud noise and smoke. I called Maytag right away they passed me to the safety dept., they told me that my machine was not under warranty anymore and made an appointment for repair ad said that this one time it would be under consession.
