AT&T terminated business DSL line by their mistake and never come out to repair the problem. Our company is using 15 phone lines with AT&T including DSL internet service pack since 2005. We are moving out to a different physical location, so the account termination request was made early May to be effective 5/27/10 via phone. All of a sudden, last Friday 5/14/10 at 6pm, we lost our Internet connection. I thought it was just a router problem as usual, so didn’t even think that it was a big deal.
