Chase just sold my condo at a foreclosure sale! I was in a forebearance plan...AND MAKING THE PAYMENTS! Because I did not get all the "documents" to them, they foreclosed. The kicker is, I had a second mortgage through Chase, had a forebearance plan approved, provided all the documentation to them that they wanted, and the first mortgage people new about all of it because they would not authorize the forebearance for the first mortgage until the second one was approved!
