Bought a 4-pack of Nickel Metal Hydride rechargeable batteries. In less than a year, with very little use, two batteries were not chargeable. I emailed customer service for replacements as many as 12 times. There return message was always the same in that they would inform the appropriate department and expedite my replacements.
