I am 61 and in fairly good health but still had a struggle trying to get onto the bus with my bag. The bus driver was sarcastic about me being slow. I said I could use some help but did not get it. Then I slipped and fell backwards from the bus to the concrete pavement. It busted my head and hurt my hips and legs. I was out of my senses from the impact. They let someone get on each side of me a pull me up and help me on the bus. Bus driver was angry about me delaying his schedule. I filed a report and complaint once I was able too.
