i was told that movie gallery was going out of business. i was told no more charges would be taken out of my account. Also to keep check to make sure they didnt pull anymore. well they did on the 7th. i was told after they pulled money from my account on the 7 th AGAIN that they would not redeem them. this is after the manager gives me a number to call. saying i will recieve a gift card for the amount they withdrew. now they say on the 8th tough luck. yet they are selling merchandise. they took my money but wont even give a game or movie for credit of money they wrongfully pulled from my account. what can i do? read full review »
