We have been an avid customer of Direct TV for over 10 years. We recently purchased an HDTV. We called Direct TV to hook up the service on this 1 TV. The guy came out and hooked it up. Stuck some papers in front of my husband and asked for his signature. When we asked what it was he said that it verified that we got the equipment. He signed it. About 3 weeks later, I had to have surgery that we couldn't afford. We sold the TV. We called Direct TV and asked then how could we send them the box back.
