Wachovia is one of the most fraudalent companies... they first tell you they cant help with a modification since you are current... so they suggest that if I am not current for 3 months they will be able to asssit... It was a matter of time and I became victim and was no longer able to pay the mortgage. I was offered a modification with payments more than i was paying in the beginning... if i cant pay 1500 how am i going to pay 1800?
