My family stayed at this resort January 2009 for 7 nights. We loved everything about the resort except for the horrible experience we had at check-in. When we arrived, we were immediately given our room assignment. I requested a room closer to the pool and was told very rudely that I did not pay for the nicer room. I told her that I would be willing to pay more for the location convenience. I requested a room in the Martinique area.
