GMAC Mortgage took over our mortgage from MGC Mortgage CO. GMAC states that when they assumed our mortgage we were 3 months behind, which is not true. They keep sending threats of foreclosure, and they are deducting deliquent fees from our regular monthly mortgage payment, thowing our payment short each month. We've been going round and round about this, and I have faxed payment research copies of all our cancelled checks to prove we're not behind, but its been over 3 months and they still say we are.
