We are the corporate customer of Airtel for last fifteen years. The customer services have gone so bad that no action is being taken for repeated mails. Our request for detailed paper bill for ten connections is pending since NOv 2009, Inspite of complaining to Nodal officer, No action is being taken. They are still sending the bills to email id which have been changed by themselves. these people are so great that while updating their records the first word of our email id have been removed.Everymonth we have to complain to custmor care and... read full review »
