My original Car Loan was with HSBC they sold my loan to Santander Consumer 3 months ago, I have never been late with my payments, since Santander took over they have charged me late fees, first of all they changed my due date from the 4th to the 2nd of the month, I mail my paymets on the 1st of every month, I have a 10 day grace period which means I have until the 12th, they are posting my payments on or around the 9th of the month and charging me a late fee when I am still within my grace period.
