I went online to sign-up to mobile sevice because of the great rebate for the first 6 mo's only to found out, after i requested the equipment that they cancelled the offer. I called back the next day, before i received any equipment and cancelled. They still mailed the equipment to me. I called again and requested a rma for the equipment, which i was granted.
