I was living in Pottstown, PA when this credit card was issued. I opened an account with them in 2000. Since then I have moved back to Florida and I have not been able to pey this bill and they sent the information to the above company and they have been constantly calling me and harrassing me about this bill and I am not working and my husband is working, but his paycheck is just enough to pay the bills that we have now. I did not know that the fees were going to be taken out right away. I was told that the fees would be taken out later and that is why I agreed to the terms.
