I have been a comcast customer for years. I noticed that my bill went up considerably. I called to ask what the new xfinity charges were on my bill. No one knew the correct answer and I had one idiot tell me my only problem was seeing the new branding of Xfinity on the bill. I spoke to the first CSR that was very nice but didn't know how to use a phone and disconnected me twice. I called back again and another csr said that I could save money by downgrading my service.
