I recently moved from one house to another in The Brickshire Community located in New Kent County, VA. The day after the move, we had Cox connect us but the TV that worked perfectly the day before now has a large black blob on the lower left hand corner of the screen. They did not even have the courtesy to come out and talk to me about the damage, but just sent me a denial letter even though I had a so called $500 deductible. Their claims adjuster has sent me several wishy washey e-mails and that is the extent of denying the claim. Please... read full review »
