I started getting excessive phone calls from NCO, a collection agency, followed by several letters. Eventually I got some letters in the mail from NCO, indicating that they were attempting to collect on belhaf of 1 & 1 Internet. I contacted 1 & 1 and was told that in the past I had purchased domains from them (which is true), and that it's their policy to automatically renew domains every year.
