I called AT&T home phone service in January 2010 to disconnect my service because of all the problems I had been having. When I told them to disconnect they said they were going to give me a better rate every month. A couple months later my answering service was disconnected and they said I requested it(NOT) when I asked them why my bill was higher now and not lower like they had promised I was told they only agreed to lower it for 1 month.
