I purchased my free 40 day supply and paid the requested shipping. As stated on the shipping paperwork, I contacted the company via the on-line chat and cancelled my subscription. Was issued an ID # and eamil stating the cancellation confirmation. Just looked at my bank account and there are two charges for $88.62 and $0.71 from this company. There is no answer at the provided phone number and no connectionto the chat site. I would like my account credited immediately as it was not an approved transaction and fradulant. Please respond.
