This is a Formal Complaint Against Preferred Homecare of Mesa & Glendale Arizona for a combination of Medical Negligence, Illegal Denial of Vital Oxygen Supplies., Dangerously Defective Oxygen Concentrators, Exteremely Poor Customer Service and Medicare Fraud!
