I RECEIVED AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY WINDSTREAM PHONE BILL THAT WAS CALLED " OPERATOR ASSISTANCE NETWORK" . When I called Windstream TO QUESTION IT they said they did not know what the charge was except it was a third party provider and give me a # to call. I learned that a company call ENHANCED LONG DISTANCE had started charging me 17.98 a month for a sevice they said I signed up for which was insane because I would have no need for such a service.
