If you can avoid XM Radio- do it. find something online, find something streaming, find something anywhere but these idiots. They promise a hassle free process that is the worst ever. They can't merge accounts if you change your vehicle, they can't pre-pay if you have a trial for your car and then want to use the credit you have from your old vehicle. They then turn you off without notice for payments that aren't even due. XM should quit investing in advertising and focus on their internal systems and training.
