I purchased a bolens push mower at lowes. I used it for the first time in the fall to make the last cut of my yard before the frost got the grass. The skirt that hangs down in the back would stop the blade when you backed up and kill the mower. In the spring when I got ready to make the first cut of the spring the skirt again killed the mower and it would not start. I took it back to lowes and they sent it to a service center.
