Ignored defective product complaint Purchased from Walmart as a gift. Called the customer service number in package two times NO RESPONSE. One slide from the birthday boy age 7 and the pool at the end busted. Gift now has huge hole in it... patch kit provided is comical in this situation. I could try to return it to the place of purchase Walmart but I am do not know if they will accept it as it was removed from the box and used. I am extremely disappointed that no one was avail at the company to help a disgruntled consumer with 4 boys who depends upon their summer fun products as a way to enjoy the sun :( read full review »
