called in and date of april 29 was given to fix heat and air. part was placed on heat and air unit. burnt up new transformer on unit. the technician ordered new for monday next day delivery. he stated he would be here Monday, May 3. Person called and stated he could not tell me this after I took off work to be here. and oh by the way we do rural areas only on Monday. they would come may 10 . technician came and blew another transformer. stated fan was the problem. had to order.
