H&R Block screwed up my taxes. Instead of a refund check I received a letter from the IRS that my taxes were not properly files - missing documents! Now it's going to take 8 to 10 weeks to get my check! They are also overpriced! I paid $411 for shabby tax service! I will no longer use H&R Black and will tell my store to others! It's time to start doing things myself as it seems that many services need to be babysat... from the McD drive threw to H&R Block...
