Ok so we were late on our rumpke bill and they didn't take our trash. We payed up our bill and the next week they STILL didn't pick it up! I called them and they said they cancelled our service on May 31st yet they still picked up our trash in April. They never called or informed us in any way that our service was cancelled. I told her I wanted our trash to be picked up today...she said "Well your payment just went through today and we can't pick it up because they were already on your street."
