If we had the opportunity to buy another Pulte home, we would pass. Our house is only 12 years old and we saw that some ceilings had been redone obviously to fix water leaks. We made the mistaken assumption that the leaks were all fixed by the previous owner. After living here only three years, we've had open three walls and ceilings to fix leaking plumbing.
