I purchased Webroot Spy Sweeper over a year ago for my Mom's computer since she was having problems with spyware. I could never get the program to update or even allow her virus protection to update so I started in calling and emailing Webroot Support. Not only did I never get an actual person to talk to but no one every return or replied to any of my emails even though they state specifically they are they through phone, email or onine techs.
