I've had phone service with ATT&T for many many years with the same phone line and phone number. I also have internet service and cellular service as well with ATT&T... As long as i've had their service i've had the inside wire maint fee which is $7.50 /month... so with that insurance if that is what ATT&T calls it i've never ever had phone problems.
