I ordered several items on April 11. Received them in a timely manner, however one item, a shower bar, was received damaged. The finish was chipped and scratched, and it was obvious this had happened before shipping. I contacted them about replacing this item, and returning another item, a wall connecter, that I did not need after all. They say you will receive return authorization within 3 days, however it was 3 days for one item, and 4 days for the other.
