Ordered tail lights from them. One came broken, saw on their return policy that we have to file with UPS regarding broken parts. That was done and email was sent to them. No reply for more than a month. Their customer service # is a HOAX no one answers and then goes to the answering machine. I have been trying to reach them for more than a month and still no reply. They have not even replied to the UPS claim yet. read full review »
