The telecommunications account rep. apparently indulges in telling his accounts/companies who purchase telco products from Graybar Electric who to hire in their companies and who not to hire. He told a customer of his not to hire a certain individual due to the fact that he did not like him and that he usaually does business with his competitor. He scared the customer so much with lies that they were afraid to hire the person. He uses his position to play games with peoples livelyhoods..
