After complaining about my order, which was placed january 6th, my credit card was changed on the 6th and my order was not shipped for nearly 3 weeks, i was offered a 10% refund if i was willing to keep the merchandise. i had asked for a lable to ship the items back at their expense. i was told no and that thye make no guarantees as to when they will ship or when consumers will receive orders. however they clearly do give a 3-5 day window as well as a longer window for special items or items not instock, so they do have a "policy"... read full review »
