I bought a Officejet printer a year ago and it has worked fine, that is until last month. I kept getting an error that basically told me I needed an official H/P ink cartridge. I had been using refills from Office Max with no problem. So I took it back to Best Buy because it's still under warranty. 2 weeks later it's back with a statement there is nothing wrong - just need to use their cartridge. 2 weeks for that?
