We to have had our tax return going to the wrong routing numbers due to a human error from taxbrain, like thousands of others.MY suggestion is do what we did, contact CNN!!!LETS KEEP THEM HONEST!! We will never use taxbrain again.They truly are terrible, and will not provide help at all on this.THey keep blaming the IRS but taxbrain was the one that in human error provided the wrong routing numbers!!
