I have been a long customer with Bank Of America . For the most part I was a satisfied customer. But now something has changed. They have really changed for the worse. If it's because of the economy, that is no excuse. I had just refinanced my home and I was told I would get a refund of a certain amount from my escrow. I was given an exact amount, told many times, and from several sources. Now I get my check, after the papers were signed, and it came out to about 1/3 of what I was promised.
