I was a Verizon cell phone customer over 12 years...I just added $10 a month for unlimited texting...they sent me a bill for $1200...that's right ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS...(for texting)...I called customer service...spent HOURS on the phone...they told me they could not find out where I added texting ( I did it in one of their official service centers)...after several hours of talking to several people...they told me they would KNOCK off $87...
