WE purchased a childs tee shirt at pirana Joes store because of the guarantee promised by the cruise ship. before we disembarked we washed the shirt and it shrank so much that our 9 year old could not wear it. We took the shirt to Rudy, the on board shopping specialist and he agreed that it definately shrank. We filled out the PPI insurance form and we have been in contact numerous times trying to get our tee shirt replaced with no satisfaction. This was from the cruise during the second week of February.
