I turned my car over to LARRY LAKEN at Frannys (a White 97 acura 3.0CL) on Monday Feb 22, 2010, for a transmission rebuild and as of May 24, 2010, Have not gotten my car back..14 Weeks!! Every Phone call was either redirected, Or never even answered, And when i did manage to get through, Was told, It'd be done next week... Or i was just told their Transmission Builder was moving shops so was a bit backed up. This is total BS, and now their main number is disconnected!
