On April 29, 2010, this company withdrew $ 34.19 from my account without my authorization. I had never heard of this company until one of my bank's employees told me that a check that was not in sequence was cashed on my account. I asked if she would provide me with a copy of the check so that I could investigate and take the appropriate actions. My bank provided me with a copy of said check.
