The woman, Judy, at the drive-thru window consistently offers me two options of drink size when I order a combo meal, medium or large. After placing a combo meal order, she will ask me what flavor of drink. After I tell her, she will ask me, "Medium or large?". In my opinion, this is deceptive, as the combo comes with the small, and if I answer "medium" or "large", I would be charged extra for upsizing the order.
