I too ordered their product on a 10 day trial. Took 8 days to arrive. Called to cancel on on 10th day, May 6th. Spoke to Samantha who told me to look for email and gave instructions on how to cancel once the email arrived. Did not receive email. After 3 days, called back and told them I didn't receive email.
