I have contacted this company numerous times to obtain a refund and have never received one, although they have given me a refund and credit reference number. I wait holding on the phone for minutes, sometimes over 20 minutes, and when a representative does get on the line, they claim that they will put a request into the refund department and that is all they can do. I asked to speak to a manager and have been put on hold for over an hour. I hung up. I believe this is a scam and I have just lost $87.13 plus the $3.95 shipping charge.
