East los angeles. I went to get a vasectomy and couldnt park in the parking lot. why? because the employees refused to park on the street to allow patients getting surgery to park closer. Martha personally told me "to bad, its free" before i drove off disgusted that i would be treated worse than a stray cat found in that area. The only other option i had was to park illegally or park in availabe parking 3/4 mile away. Staff including Martha provided no solution, but to walk. wow. thanks but no thanks. read full review »
