50 days ago, I returned 2 movies, one was rented from a local Red Box, and the other was rented from the local DVD Play machine. I was not aware of it, but the dvds were switched in the cases, and when I went to the Redbox first and put the movie in, the return was accepted, and I then went to the DVD play machine at the other location. When I attempted to return the DVD Play movie, it kept rejecting the movie with the error it "was not a DVD play movie" I then called DVD customer support, and the tech said I should have returned... read full review »
