They seem to know just enough to convince you they'll do a good job but not enough to actually do the job. They promise to show up bright and early in the morning but then do not show up until noon and one day they showed up around 2pm and about three others not at all. No matter what time they show up they only work until 4 - 4:30pm so some days they don't get much work done.
